Blogging. Every blogger regardless of niche has one thing in common- a blog.
Some people wonder if blogging a.k.a. Writing your thoughts, information or opinion on the web, is for them or why people blog in the first place- especially those in a 9-5 job. “Why do you blog? You already have a day job. Don’t you?”

Without a blog, there’s no niche. So technically, every blogger regardless of niche has something to say or share based on their expertise because that’s what they do.
If you are seeking to start a blog, there are some things you would need to consider like the name of your blog, your hosting company, your blog theme (whether free or paid), your niche and if you decide to offer services or sell merchandise AKA Merch, what kind of merchandise you would be advertising to your audience.
If you are seriously considering blogging, you’ve probably heard or read about some of these things already. If you haven’t, there are tons of resources out there to help you out.

I would however, be addressing one part of the whole piece of cake which is one of the foundational things you would need for a successful and stress free blog- or web space on the internet.
And that’s hosting.
I would be sharing my own personal experience in this post and my personal experience is what makes this post different from any other article you would find.
Let’s dive in:
Once you have picked out a desired name for your blog preferably a dot com (because this gives you more flexibility and control over your site and what you choose to do with it especially when it comes to monetizing or offering advert space), the next second important thing is to choose a hosting company.
A hosting company is a hosting provider that you pay to host your website on the internet.
The hosting company I currently use is Bluehost. And I will say my experience so far has been good. Bluehost as a hosting company that provides you with automatic WordPress Installation and Updates. A Free SSL Certificate (in simple terms, for a secure connection on your website) and also, a FREE Domain Name is also a part of their services for the 1st Year.
Bluehost installs WordPress automatically upon the completion of signing up for an account. You don’t need to worry about finding the correct version of WordPress either. Bluehost always installs the latest version so you have the most recent features available for your website. For more information, see this.
Apart from their sign up, I also would like to talk about their customer service.
What’s a company without a good customer service right? A company without a good customer service is a company that will go down fast- it’s only a matter of time.
And if there’s one thing Bluehost has given to me, it’s a top notch customer service. I don’t know how many times I have contacted them for my own personal navigation through my website and all and they have been at my beck and call.
They are ready and willing to help you with whatever you need. And they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through a phone call or by chat so you are not without support at anytime.
They do all they can to make sure you one satisfied customer. And am I one satisfied customer? Yes, I am. Not thinking of changing hosting companies any time soon.
Bluehost is also quite affordable for starters- $3.95 a month but you get to make your payment for a year upfront. I personally prefer this because it gives you the peace of mind you need for good hosting for a whole year.
You also need not bother about an oversight of failing to renew your monthly subscription either. You are covered. Once you sign up for their service, they are ready to get you going immediately and answer any questions you may have.
Also, for the WordPress platform, Bluehost has is one of the best if not the best platform particularly for bloggers. Their interface syncs your Bluehost account with WordPress and you could log on into your WordPress account through your Bluehost dashboard.
I am not a technical guru but when it comes to Bluehost and WordPress, I think they are in perfect partnership.
If you are thinking of a hosting company for your website or blog, you could sign up with Bluehost here .

As I read on a blog the other day, your blog is your online home which means you are kind of “homeless” before starting your blog. Thank God the writer of the blog added” Just Kidding!” at the end of his line. Haha.
I agree that your blog is your online home, but definitely not the part that classifies you as being homeless if you are not blogging.
